Aspire One Black Screen New BIOS version

New Aspire One BIOS update.

version 3310 for AOA110 and AOA150

1: Extract the .ZIP

2: Rename the Bios name from 3309.fd to zg5ia32.fd

3: Copy zg5ia32.fd and Flashit.exe to USB flash drive.


4:
- Make sure the power cable is in!
- The laptop is turned OFF!
- Plug the USB stick in!


Press and HOLD down
the FN and ESC key
TOGETHER

Then press the power
button, Whilst holding
the buttons!

Release the power button
and continue holding
FN and ESC for about 5
seconds.

Release the buttons
and the power light
will start to blink.

Let the laptop run and
DO NOT press anything
This can take upto 7 mins

When its done the laptop
will restart.

It should now work :D

On my Experience it may Occur again... So have a copy of the Flash Updater if you encounter it again. Enjoy!

Thing to Remember!
The general rule is when it comes to bios updates is not to update unless youre having trouble or the vendor recommends it.
